The RPS Group Plc is an international consultancy providing advice upon the development of natural resources, land and property, the management of the environment and the health and safety of people. RPS employs 3,100 staff located at over 75 offices, trading from its bases in the

UK, Ireland, the Netherlands, Australia, Malaysia and the USA. From these countries RPS has provided consultancy on sites and on projects located in over 120 countries worldwide. RPS was named International Consultancy of the Year in March 2004 by NCE Magazine and the UK Association of Consulting Engineers. In the same year RPS reported an annual turnover of £169.9m.

The Group, which was founded in 1970, is listed on the London Stock Exchange and is named in the FTSE4Good Index of socially responsible companies. The Group has grown through a combination of organic growth and the selective acquisition of quality businesses thereby

increasing turnover, manpower and the number of its offices more than tenfold in the last ten years.
