We have extensive experience of working as a Preferred Supplier. We understand the expectation of us in this capacity is to deliver consistently and from working with the most respected organisations in the industry we have been able to gain a valuable understanding that allows us to shape ourselves to all of our clients needs.
On securing a new Preferred Supplier Account we make sure we set the account up correctly from the start. All consultants are briefed on the Service Level Agreement in place and we build an internal recruitment file for each account so that every single bit of activity is recorded.
Typically on becoming a Preferred Supplier we will appoint a dedicated Account Manager to personally coordinate all activity, manage the flow of information and produce any necessary reports on activity, performance and financials. This Account Manager is then supported by a professional team who are all well experienced and able to deliver the moment they are called upon.
As a fail-safe the Divisional Director audits each account monthly to spot check compliance, performance against the Service Level Agreement and to make sure the account is getting the very best service possible from the recruitment consultants through to our accounts department.
