Understanding Adults' Services
With the increase in the numbers of cases where vulnerable adults have been referred to social services in danger of some form of physical, emotional or financial abuse and the recent increases in the level of demand for welfare advice, mental health, drug and alcohol abuse, as well as other services.
Fawkes & Reece appreciate the needs and demands faced by Adults’ Services and have taken every step possible to assist our clients and candidates wherever possible. Our Adults’ Services consultants have an excellent insight into the demands and pressure of this service, and understand that teams need a balance of experienced and Newly Qualified Social Workers. As with our Children’s Services department, our consultants within Adults’ and Children’s Services achieve a ratio of 70% of interviews converting to placements. Again the depth of our candidate base combined with our expertise in this field enables our consultants to only provide candidates who best fit the role.
