We also understand a manager’s need for a balanced team, and therefore we ensure that when a vacancy is given from a client our priority is to offer quality over quantity. Our stringent matching procedures ensure that managers only receive 3-7 CVs at any one time, and on average at least 80% of CVs sent over are offered an interview.
