The Opportunity – Recruitment Consultant – Civils Commercial Division

Fawkes & Reece have a well established desk within the Commercial Civils market and have provided a high end recruitment service for all the construction companies within this sector. Due to organic growth we are now looking to recruit a consultant that would be responsible for servicing this client base. The section is predominately centered around the Rail, Highways, Utilities and Heavy Civils sector.

This is an already established section for the company with a number of clients offering repeat business generating high revenues throughout the year.

Basic Salary

£18-20,000 Trainee Consultant level£20-25,000 Experienced Consultant£26,500 Senior Consultant (must have industry experience)£30,000 Principal Consultant (proven consultant within the sector)£35,000 Team leader (proven sector experience and management experience)

The right Recruitment Consultant

The ideal Recruitment Consultant will be degree qualified (ideally) and have a minimum of 1 – 2 years experience as a Recruitment Consultant. The ideal recruitment consultant will be outgoing, tenacious and have excellent people skills, being able to build a good rapport with clients and job seekers.

Target hitting and striving for results will come natural to you as a Recruitment Consultant and you will be someone who is determined to succeed. As a recruitment consultant you will be meeting clients and job seekers so you will need to be confident and professionally presented.

Fawkes & Reece have a structured business plan to grow this division over the next 18 months and with this in mind will open up tremendous opportunities for those with high ambitions.

If you are interested in a team leader role then you must have management experience coupled with a proven revenue generating background in Civils Construction recruitment.
