The Opportunity – Recruitment Consultant – QS Consultancy

Fawkes & Reece have an excellent track record in placing commercial candidates within the construction industry and have extensive knowledge in identifying the right individuals for the right commercial position. We have provided a high end recruitment service for a number of the largest construction consultancy companies and multi disciplinary contractors. Due to organic growth we are now looking to recruit a consultant that would be responsible for servicing this client base

This is an already established section for the company with a number of clients offering repeat business generating high revenues throughout the year.

Basic Salary

£18-20,000 Trainee Consultant level£20-25,000 Experienced Consultant£26,500 Senior Consultant (must have industry experience)£30,000 Principal Consultant (proven consultant within the sector)

The right Recruitment Consultant

The ideal Recruitment Consultant will be degree qualified (ideally) and have a minimum of 1 – 2 years experience as a Recruitment Consultant. The ideal recruitment consultant will be outgoing, tenacious and have excellent people skills, being able to build a good rapport with clients and job seekers.

Target hitting and striving for results will come natural to you as a Recruitment Consultant and you will be someone who is determined to succeed. As a recruitment consultant you will be meeting clients and job seekers so you will need to be confident and professionally presented.
