The Opportunity – Recruitment Consultant – Architecture

Having started and developed an architecture section over the last two years, we have seen this division now go from strength to strength. The section is now a high fee generating area for the company and Fawkes & Reece are now looking to further develop this by growing a team within the large client base we have established.

We are looking for dynamic, commercially orientated individuals to manage and develop niche markets within this sector and build upon the successful business generated so far.

Basic Salary

£18-20,000Trainee Consultant level
£20-25,000Experienced Consultant£26,500 Senior Consultant (must have industry experience)£30,000Principal Consultant (proven consultant within the sector)

The right Recruitment Consultant

The ideal Recruitment Consultant will be degree qualified (ideally) and have a minimum of 1 – 2 years experience as a Recruitment Consultant. The ideal recruitment consultant will be outgoing, tenacious and have excellent people skills, being able to build a good rapport with clients and job seekers.

Target hitting and striving for results will come natural to you as a Recruitment Consultant and you will be someone who is determined to succeed. As a recruitment consultant you will be meeting clients and job seekers so you will need to be confident and professionally presented.
