The Opportunity – Recruitment Coordinator/Resourcer

You will be responsible for:

1.       Interviewing potential candidates

2.       Co-ordinating candidates responses from websites

3.       Identifying candidates for our key clients

4.       Headhunting

5.       Gaining referrals through various sources

6.       Coordinating and writing advertisements

7.       Creating and sending regular mailshots

8.       Identifying areas of commercial growth in order for you to manage your own section as a recruitment consultant.

Recruitment Coordinator/ Resourcer -Benefits

1.       £18-22,000 (dependant on experience)

2.       Quarterly bonus dependant on targets

3.       22 days holiday (increase with length of service)

The right Recruitment Coordinator/Resourcer

You will ideally be degree qualified and have experience of recruitment, HR or have experience of working within a commercial environment.

Recruitment Coordinators need to be able to work under pressure and with great efficiency as demands for candidate submissions are very high. Therefore you will need to be process driven individual with strong organisational, time management and administrative skills.
