The Opportunity – Recruitment Consultant – Town Planning For a number of years, Fawkes & Reece have placed profession Town planners for the UK’s largest multi-disciplinary consultancies. Having built a strong reputation in this area we are now seeking a dynamic recruitment consultant to manage and recruit for this busy section. This is an already established section for the company with a number of clients offering repeat business generating high revenues throughout the year. Due to excellent growth potentials of the section as well as the commitment that Fawkes & Reece have in developing and growing this side of the business, it offers excellent potential for consultant with strong commercial acumen to become team leaders in a short space of time. Basic Salary £18-20,000Trainee Consultant level£20-25,000Experienced Consultant£26,500 Senior Consultant (must have industry experience)£30,000Principal Consultant (proven consultant within the sector) 1. One of the best commission structures in the industry 2. Quarterly bonus dependant on targets (5%) 3. 22 days holiday (increase with length of service) 4. Accredited training 5. Ongoing support 6. Company events & activities (Paintballling, Go-Karting, Action Days etc) The right Recruitment Consultant The ideal Recruitment Consultant will be degree qualified (ideally) and have a minimum of 1 – 2 years experience as a Recruitment Consultant. The ideal recruitment consultant will be outgoing, tenacious and have excellent people skills, being able to build a good rapport with clients and job seekers. Target hitting and striving for results will come natural to you as a Recruitment Consultant and you will be someone who is determined to succeed. As a recruitment consultant you will be meeting clients and job seekers so you will need to be confident and professionally presented.
