The Opportunity – Trainee Recruitment Consultant

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant you will immediately be assigned to a live and profitable specialist section. From day one you will start to be trained in all aspects of recruitment from the basic skills matching and resourcing to interviewing, business development, search & selection and professional head hunting.

With the full support of an experienced Team Leader or highly successful mentor you will join a profitable Recruitment team and specialise in an expanding and fast paced recruitment sector.

You will not only receive REC accredited training, but also the support to become REC Qualified. The right individual

The ideal Trainee Recruitment Consultant will be degree qualified (ideally) and have a minimum of 6 months – 2 years experience in a Sales, Telesales or a Recruitment environment.

You will be extremely outgoing, tenacious and have excellent people skills being able to build a good rapport with clients and job seekers.

Although you will meet many clients and job seekers this is predominantly a phone based/telesales role so you must be someone who is driven and when necessary be prepared to spend all day on the phone or as long as it takes to achieve your goal!

In your current or a previous role you will have gained an understanding of business development and target hitting while working with a dedicated client/customer base. You will understand how important planning, attention to detail and being well organised is when delivering a high quality service.

As you will be meeting clients and job seekers you will need to be confident and professionally presented.
