NOW RECRUITING FOR ALL THE LONDON BOROUGHS LOCAL AUTHORITIES AND THE SOUTH EAST
Admin Officers wanted for all the local Council, NHS, and Local Authorities within London and the South East.
We are looking for experienced Admin Officers, preferably with Local Government experience. To work within Street Managements Department, Business Services, Finance Teams, HR, IT Department, Facilities Management and many more!
Must have administration experience and be good with computers, data entry and have a good telephone manner.
Main Duties and Specific Responsibilities:
1.To develop and maintain a range of administrative processes including effective filing, recording, monitoring and co-ordination of data, ensuring that administrative procedures are efficient, organised and user-friendly.
2.To provide an effective response to personal and telephone callers to the Service, ensuring a consistent and high-quality response, in accordance with the Customer Promise.
3.To ensure all Members Enquiries, complaints and other correspondence is responded to within corporate deadlines and of a high quality, using effective monitoring systems.
4.To develop and support all necessary IT systems including computerised databases, programmes and applications, monitoring systems and the production of statistical reports arising from such information.
5.To collate information arising from the work of the Service and compile high-quality and timely reports.
