My client is an experienced and respected contractor in the groundworks, demolition and RC frame sector with a current turnover of around £30M.

Established over 15 years ago, my client has grown in this specialist fast track market and has managed to secure some of the highest calibre of staff in the industry, due to their approach, culture and loyalty.

SENIOR QS - HARROW - £60k-£75k + package - GROUNDWORKS/BASEMENTS

Due to a demand in the market for their basement services, they are now looking for someone to work in this division specifically, while still employed under the larger group name.

Typical scope of works on these basements will be:

Feasibility, budget and programme advice Underpinning
Design and build Bulk excavation
Temporary works design Insitu reinforced concrete construction
Demolition Waterproofing
Piling Groundworks

SENIOR QS - HARROW - £60k-£75k + package - GROUNDWORKS/BASEMENTS

The successful candidate will have several opportunities at bay as the first formal surveyor to work solely in this division under the group commercial director. You MUST have experience working for a groundworks and/or basement subcontractor with at least 5 years experience + qualifications.
