Estimator / Assistant Estimator / Intermediate Estimator/ Senior Estimator/

Our client is one of the largest interior fit-out contractors in the UK. They are one of the UK's leading designs and build and fit-out companies with an unrivalled reputation within the fit out sector. They have been operating for over fifty years and have recently been acquired by a large construction group and they generally work alongside many banks, law firms and new media companies and have just expanded into the retail fit out sector with a host of top name high street clients adding to the prestigious nature of their work.. They are looking for an Estimator to assist with working with some superb clients and exciting projects. They have ambitious plans for growth and see this role as essential to that growth.

Intermediate Estimator / Assistant Estimator / Estimator/ Senior Estimator


The successful Estimator or even an Intermediate Estimator will be working on some large fit out projects like a £13m fast track refurbishment project which will be in the centre of London. The contracts can be up to £30m although generally will be around the £5-10m mark. The Estimator or Intermediate Estimator will work mainly on office based duties but will attend sites and client meetings and will need to have good client facing and presentation skills although the focus is on producing accurate and well thoughts out tenders. The Estimator or Intermediate Estimator would report to the Managing Estimator on a fortnightly basis.

They are looking for an Estimators or an Intermediate Estimator that has around a minimum of 3 years experience in the industry, ideally with a fit out contractor although this is not essential. The successful Estimator will be committed to having the opportunity to work on and win some of the best tenders in the fit-out sector. Due to the size and structure of the client, the successful applicant has a real opportunity to further their career and aside from this there is a structured bonus scheme where the Estimator will get a share of any profitable projects.
