Intermediate Quantity Surveyor / Project Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor

My client is one of the most well known contractors working in the UK. They have traded for the last eighty years and have grown to become a leading player in construction employing over 600 members of staff throughout the country. They are looking to recruit an experienced Intermediate Quantity Surveyor or a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in London to assist with a number of exciting projects throughout the South East with values of up to £15m.

Intermediate Quantity Surveyor / Project Quantity Surveyor/ Quantity Surveyor

The successful Quantity Surveyor will get to work on some large projects like a £12m Design and Build of a hotel and leisure complex in London. The contracts cover leisure, residential and commercial with a slight bias towards the leisure side. The Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor will be working within a team of 8 and they will be expected to assist in the training of two Assistant Quantity Surveyors. The Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor would report to the Managing Quantity Surveyor on a weekly basis to assess the weeks events and to report on the Assistant Quantity Surveyors development.

Intermediate Quantity Surveyor / Project Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor

They are looking for a Quantity Surveyor or a Senior Quantity Surveyor that has around a minimum of 3 years experience in the industry, ideally with a main contractor or a design and build contractor. Ideally the Quantity Surveyor will hold a relevant qualification although applicants with proven experience will also be given consideration. There is an
excellent basic salary and package for the right candidate and the company is considered to be one of the best in the industry in terms of remuneration. Aside from this there is a well structured career plan with excellent opportunity for progression in the medium to long term.
