Our Client

Our client has been an industry leader in the retail fit out sector for over twenty five years and have a client base of well known blue chip retailers. They have a full order book a fantastic number of frameworks and rollouts in place and are looking to increase there turnover from £14m to £30m within the next three years.

The Role – Our client is currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor to assist with the financial management of a number of projects at once. Reporting to the Senior Commercial Manager the role is mainly office based but will involve visiting sites and clients as needed. The role is to assist the project managers by providing commercial support and to ensure that projects are run along sound financial lines. Projects values range from £250k - £1m and the successful applicant will cover projects throughout the south East of England.

The Right Individual The right individual will already have experience in a similar role, although not necessarily from an interior fit-out background. The right Quantity Surveyor will be committed to building a lasting career in the commercial side of the construction industry.
