Project Manager - CDM experience - London

Our client's highly successful Project Management and Consultancy department is comprised of a diverse and dynamic group of project mangers, interior designers and building surveyors. They are keen to expand this function by appointing an experienced Project Manager with CDM experience for the London office.

You will be given the autonomy to lead projects from inception to completion, gaining exposure to a variety of instructions ranging from £500k to £30m. Prior experience across one or more or the clients core markets of commercial, retail, education and regeneration would be advantageous.

You will need to have experience in either New Build, Refurb or Major fit-outs for corporate occupiers, retailers and financial end users or experience delivering public sector projects across regeneration and education.

Naturally, you will have strong negotiation and rapport-building skills, solid problem solving skills and a flexible approach to work. A proven private practice background is needed for this position and a full and comprehensive salary package is on offer for the right candidate.
