Senior Project Manager - London

Our client is seeking a professionally qualified and experienced person to carry out the role of Senior Project Manager at their London based Consultancy practice. The role of the successful applicant will encompass nurturing client relationships, with the opportunity of developing new business covering London, the south-east and Home Counties

You will need to demonstrate that you are proactive, an achiever, have the abilities to meet client expectations and understand the commercial aspects of a quality professional consultancy. You will be required to work within all sectors of the construction industry, including Commercial, Education, Health, Heritage, Industrial and Manufacturing, Leisure, Public Services, Residential, Retail and Urban Regeneration. Right now there are a number of new build education and hotel projects in and around London that they need support with.

The successful candidate will be a team-player with a business-like approach, good communications skills and be capable of offering a full service range to clients. Degree qualified within a technical construction discipline and a proven track record in the role as a Project Manager. Remuneration, dependent upon the individual, will be in line with market standards, with the benefits expected from a major National consultancy practice.
