Senior Quantity Surveyor - London

We have an opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a successful London Project and Cost Management practice. Our client is one of the established practices here in London within the construction consultancy market.

Your responsibilities in the role would be to advise the client as to the feasibility of the project and the budget. You will manage the cost of the project pro-actively and ensure the correct procurement route is employed. Risk Management and Value Management techniques would be employed in managing the cost of projects to ensure that they are delivered to budget.

You would need to be able to demonstrate the skill set you can bring to the role. A background within a Project Quantity Surveyor/ Consultancy environment would be preferred but candidates with strong client facing skills and the right educational background would also be of interest.

Exposure to the Hotels, Education or Residential sectors would be useful to applicants and of interest. Full support, training, industry/sector exposure, Management opportunities, accreditations and a competitive salary will be offered to the successful candidate.
