One of our clients is proud to announce the formation a JV agreement with one of the foremost Middle Eastern developers to provide the management of their portfolio of leisure projects throughout the Middle East and North Africa over the next nine years with a combined value in excess of £1 billion GBP. As part of their role, they are now looking to augment the current team with the appointment of 10 senior quantity surveyors to work on this JV initially based from London based offices through the pre contract phase with the potential to travel to site and to client's offices in the above mentioned regions on a regular basis.

Ideal applicants will have a minimum of 8 years post graduate quantity surveying experience in both pre and post UK forms of contract and have attained MRICS status. What is essential is demonstrable experience of inception to completion cost consultancy services on leisure, hotels or mixed used development projects in excess of £100 million whether in the UK or internationally, preferably in a managing or autonomous role. Coupled to this is flexibility in travelling overseas for 2-4 working days at a time on a monthly basis.

Roles and responsibilities would include;

The provision of high quality and efficient services to the client and managing project teams of Quantity Surveyors as necessary to deliver this service. Preparation of high quality cost analysis, planning and management, advice, reports, presentations etc. Liaising with clients and their teams and assisting in the provision of services to clients. Participating in and contributing to seminars, external training and in-house training for clients
