Senior Quantity Surveyor - Consultancy/Developer - London/South

The Client
Our client, a leading private practice developer/consultancy is looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their London based Teams on a programme of high end residential projects in Herts/London/South East. With an excellent track record of delivery on projects and client liaison, they need individuals who can bring proven ability to the Team/s. You do not need to have years of experience but you will need to show a strong background in project delivery and exposure.

The Role
You will need to have worked within the residential sector before, high end residential housing rather than social housing. You would need to have a degree or industry equivalent and either be chartered (RICS/MAPM/MCIOB) or be prepared to study for accreditation in the role.

The role is based out of the North London office working directly with the MD of the firm as well as other Senior Quantity Surveyors and PM's dealing with projects in London/South East.

Skill-Set
The role would require you to work autonomously and as part of a team in servicing the needs of the client brief. A proven academic background with a commitment to further progression and preferably industry accredited.
