Quantity Surveyor, Senior Quantity Surveyor or Intermediate Quantity Surveyor

Our Client
Our client is a medium sized fit out and refurbishment contractor based in West London, They work on commercial fit out and refurbishment within London and the M25 on projects up to £10m. They are a well known and well respected company with a steady growth forecast for the next couple of years. Much of their business is from repeat clients and they take great pride in always exceeding the client's expectations.

They have a turnover of over £50m and cover London and the South-East although they will occasionally work outside of this for established clients. As a company they aim to value each employee and their input, with regular reviews and incentives.

This is a new opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join their Head office and work on interesting and diverse fit out and refurbishment projects.

Quantity Surveyor, Senior Quantity Surveyor or Intermediate Quantity Surveyor


As an established Quantity Surveyor you will have a pedigree of seeing through projects of at least £4m in value. You will possess either a Degree or HNC and be able to demonstrate the personal confidence and client facing skills that are necessary for the role. The Quantity Surveyor must be results driven and someone who is able to work at a fast pace in a team with energy and enthusiasm and work to the needs of the business. Candidates who have worked as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor or Project Quantity Surveyor will be considered providing they show the required drive to progress.
