Senior/Associate Quantity Surveyor - London

One of our clients, a market-leading PQS consultancy is looking for a Quantity Surveyor, Senior Quantity Surveyor, Project Quantity Surveyors or an Associate Quantity Surveyors. Established in 1964 as a firm of Chartered Quantity Surveyors, they now operate from twelve offices offering nationwide coverage and over 20 offices Internationally servicing specific regions of the World. Their prime aim is to exceed the client's expectations and then success can be judged from the number of repeat and long term clients who continue to retain their services.

We are looking for talented and motivated professionals with proven ability to assist in managing workloads on projects valued from £100k up to £100M. You will be able to demonstrate the ability to manage a number of projects simultaneously and to budget, whilst maintaining the profit margin.

As these positions relate to client facing roles, you will need excellent communication and negotiating skills, coupled with strong organisational and time management abilities. You will need to have had at least a few years post qualification experience working on construction contracts, be educated to degree level or equivalent and be a member of the RICS (or equivalent).
