Our Client, a forward thinking Building Services consultancy that has been established that has been established since 1972 with over 120 staff requires a Sustainability Building Services engineer with a Building services consultancy background to join their London Office. This instantly recognisable Building services consultancy are at the forefront of the M & E market with business development plans for 2008 and beyond. Project values Vary and include wins in excess of £15million.

As an established Sustainability engineer you will possess a proven background working with renewable energy solutions as an, Sustainability Engineer with experience in taking part in site meetings, undertaking Site Surveys and involved in the design of building services works, along with CO2 emissions reduction and compliance, building energy efficiency and part L compliance with Sound design and calculation experience using Hevacomp, TAS and Ecotect. The ideal candidate will also be working towards there chartership or be BREEAM registered and have the drive and confidence to work in a professional office based team. To join this company as a Sustainability engineer, you will need to be results driven and someone who is able to work at a fast pace in a team with energy and focus. You will have previously worked as an, Sustainability Engineer on a similar value project or now be looking to progress onto large more prestigious work.
