Our Client, a forward thinking Building Services consultancy that has been established since 1911 requires an Electrical Associate Director with a Building services background to join their Central London Office. This company are highly motivated by staff training and progression and the Managing Director view's staff development as a key aspect of the business. This dynamic Building services consultancy are at the forefront of the M & E market with offices worldwide. Project values Vary and include wins in excess of £10million.

As an established Electrical Associate Director or Principle Electrical Building Services engineer you will provide managerial and engineering support liaising with internal and internal design teams and project planners along with producing, writing and reviewing reports, Specifications and commissioning plans. You will possess a proven background working with Amtech or Hevacomp Software as an, Electrical Building Services Engineer with experience in taking part in site meetings, undertaking Site Surveys and involved in the design, selection and sizing of Electrical aspects of Building Services such lighting, small power and emergency lighting systems with Sound Calculation experience on Hevacomp or Amtech. The ideal candidate will also be chartered of CIBSE registered and have the drive and confidence to work in a professional office based team. To join this company as an Associate Electrical Building Services engineer, you will need to be results driven and someone who is able to work at a fast pace in a team with energy and focus. You will have previously worked as an, Electrical Building Services Engineer on a similar value project or now be looking to progress onto large more prestigious work.
