Our client is looking to recruit a Tenant Liaison Officer to manage the start up of a new decent homes project in Kent. The candidate will be responsible for the following duties;
• Liaise with tenants and act as first point of call with a positive and calm manner.
• Honest communication between client, colleagues and tenants.
• Arrange timely access to dwellings
• Ensure at all times that tenant satisfaction is achieved.
• Inform Site team of any special needs for tenants.
• Maintain a complaints procedure and deal with disputes and damage claims.
• Check that requirements are being delivered as agreed.
What we expect from Resident Liaison Officer / Tenant Liaison Officer / RLO
Looking for a dedicated and hard working individual who is able to come on board and deal with the start up of a new project. This person will need to be have knowledge and understanding of the role and be able to be left unaided from the outset. Hold good communication skills with tenants and clients, and able to relay information back to site.
