Our client is a leading UK civil engineering main contractor with a network of well established relationships with both private and public sector clients. When it comes to highways projects they are experts in their field.

They are currently working on a major infrastructure scheme with guaranteed workload for them over the next 5 years. Due to this they are currently seeking to employ a planning engineer to join their team working on a project within the Essex region.

You are required to have the following experience:

• NEC form of contract
• Capable of running a programme on NEC3
• Capable of loading a programme with cost and value
• Able to run planning software e.g. primavera, Microsoft project
• Operational planner - understands construction sites
• Commercial knowledge
• Highways Projects
• Working on projects of at least £2million in value
