Estimator

My client currently seeks an estimator to join their busy pre construction team. The company turns over a £120m and predominately cover Refurbishment Fit Out and New Build from £200K to £5m across sectors such as NHS Public Sector Education and Retail.

The individual:

• Minimum 3 – 5 years Main Contracting experience
• Experience producing analytical tenders across the above sectors up to £5m
• Motivated, hands on and dynamic.
• Experience using conquest / causeway / excel
