Our History

Fawkes & Reece was established in 2001 by two of the leading Recruitment Consultants in the Construction & Engineering sector. The two founders of Fawkes & Reece initially met in 1998 at the London office of one of the largest Global Recruitment Organisations.

Individually they had built superb reputations for the consistency and quality of service they offered, but on joining both their teams they became the leading Recruiters in their field and out of over 100 consultants won various company awards in recognition for their recruitment skills and ability - A number of these records have still not been broken to this day!

With their skills and understanding of the sector at an advanced level in 2001 Fawkes & Reece was established with the intention of offering clients and job seekers a unique and tailored recruitment service.

The service Fawkes & Reece offers is not only personal, but to clients a valuable extension to their business and to job seekers a professional recruitment partner that would be dedicated and offer a critical guide through the job finding maze.

Today Fawkes & Reece has branched out to cater for the whole Technical Recruitment sector and now recruits for a dedicated client base of over 5,000 leading organisations covering: Construction and Engineering, Residential Development, Housing Management, Town Planning, Regeneration, Highways, Traffic & Transportation and the Surveying and Property sectors.
